Sunday Wakeup Outdoor Parkour Class. Get up and get moving! Anyone from beginners to experienced traceurs can come to the Central Hill Playground, 79 Highland Ave., Somerville, Sunday, 11am-12:30pm for instruction in parkour and a related series of conditioning and strengthening exercises and drills by a certified instructor.
