Unlimited servings? Talk about foodie heaven! No wonder this event was completely sold out weeks ago. Guests were free to indulge in foie-gras, lobster bisque and chocolate mousse, and learn from the best in celebrity cooking demos by chef Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley's Bistro, chef David Lomanoco of Whole Foods Market and chef Bill Nurse of Metropolis. Calories were burned (sort of) buying premium raffle tickets, bidding on the silent auction and raging at the Beehive afterparty. The mouth-watering evening benefited the AIDS Action Committee of MA, the leading provider of HIV prevention and care services in Massachusetts. Taste of the South End sponsors included MOMS Pharmacy, Macy's, Eastern Bank, and IBM.
